Nice property. Smaller than we thought. Just one main dining room. Small food selection. Items frequently repeated. No service on the beach. There are menus attached to umbrellas with QR codes to scan, how we menu is outdated and cannot order from beach. Need to go to beach bar. Never saw an employee on the beach. The all inclusive drink menu limited to about 5 cocktails to choose from and don’t change daily. The beach chair menus had other drinks how not allowed to request for all inclusive and told “menu outdated”.

I didn't like that they had no cots nor roll-up beds, nor pull-outs for my son who we brought with us. I had to pay for another room just for my 16-year-old son, so it cost me more than double the price I had paid on Expedia...

Perfect location. Beautiful, spacious and elegant rooms. Loved the decor and the boutique atmosphere- very friendly, extremely attentive staff who go the extra mile for their guests. Breakfast was fresh and delicious with many options. Would definitely go back.
