Check-in is a hassle could be simplified. From morning getting messages from staff o plan it and they won't turn up on time. Waited 30min in 4C.
Key to the building entrance, as others mentioned, does not work easily. Other guests struggled with getting in.
Room looks superficially clean. Check your socks though :) dust and hairs.
Walls are super thin, you hear everything.
Shower is miniature, flooded the bathroom floor and corridor.
Staff seems caring though. Just probably too much for them to manage.

Really well appointed room with large double bed, great view and separate part with tv and seating. A few minor niggles, sensors and timers not working well in car park/by lifts, and a few bits missing in room (soap, spoons, glasses). My stay in Abadia de Los Templarios
Everything was perfect and I have to stress the upgrade I received, by courtesy in the reception, for a room in the main building with very good conditions without any change. The only thing I considered less was the breakfast that had a few variety of food.
