The Chaumiere is really the only good hotel in this area, decor feels a little set in the 1990's, but facilities are great and the set menu at the restaurant is a real treat. It has a nice casual feel and a very attentive owner/manager

The apartment we had was on the ground overlooking nature (with trails).well equipped: stove, diswasher, microwave, refrigerator At this timeof the year not too many people, so it was quiet. The snack bar was not open (only summer ) but we had excellent recommendations for restaurants near by. I understood that it is a place for families and long stay in the summer: beautiful lake, swimming, trails …,
