This charming villa/farmhouse/home boasts 8 rooms and spans across 300 square meters on two levels. It comfortably accommodates up to 11 adults and 2 children. The rustic furnishings create a cozy and inviting atmosphere.

On the ground floor, guests are welcomed by an entrance hall leading to an open and spacious living/dining room with satellite TV and CD-player. There is also an additional open living room with an open-hearth fireplace. The large kitchen features 6 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, and a microwave. Guests can easily access the garden and loggia, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. There are two bathrooms on the ground floor, one with a shower and the other with a shower/bidet.

Upstairs, there are four bedrooms, including two double bedrooms, one room with a French bed, one room with three beds, and one room with one bed and one double bed. Guests can also enjoy a marvellous panoramic view of the countryside from the terrace. There is also a bathroom with a bath/bidet.
