Absolutely beautiful resort in a quiet town away from it all. Staff is amazing. Loved the small but tasty breakfast included with the stay. Wonderful spa that was also included with the stay. Neither the indoor nor outdoor hot tub/jacuzzi was open which was very disappointing. You must have a car if you plan on exploring any other ares of Lake Lugano.

The breakfast served in the dining room is amazing, excellent selection of any kind of food you may eat.
The service and staff are exquisite.
Only the building needs to be refreshed and the rooms to be equipped with USB plugs or international plugs fur foreign travelers.

Place was amazing. Staff were helpful and went out of their way to help. Room was large and clean with a balcony overlooking the lake. Bus stop was feet from the door and the Olive Tree walk started next to thee hotel. Overall just an amazing place.
