"We had some very pleasant days in Gianico with a superb host. Communication with Letizia was easy and fast, we got some food, beverages and fruit as well as Coffee and even some blueberries from her garden besides nice Information Where to go in the area. The flat is well equiped and anything needed is within walking distance, its located right across the nice church of Gianico and Lots of Things to discover in the Region."

"A beautiful apt high on the hill of Parzanica overlooking lake Iseo. Very comfortable. The drive is up 14 hairpin bends. While we were there, there was construction below us during the day but nighttime and weekends were quiet. Great place to bicycle or hike"

"First and foremost a stunning view, from a reasonably sized apartment with a small second bedroom, nice wooden ceilings, two decently sized balconies, with a small garden. Friendly host who is not always present on the property. Giulio gave us delicious figs from the tree! On the downside, no AC, in sunny and hot weather (daytime highs were 36 Č) it gets very hot because directly under roof, therefore windows wide open out of necessity. No screens on doors or windows to protect from the many...

"Check-in was smooth, but we encountered several issues that significantly impacted our stay.The AC unit was not functional—it turned on, but no cold air or airflow came out. Despite Diego visit while we were away, the issue remained unresolved, and no follow-up occurred after we requested further help.The shutter on the kitchen window, which is also the main window was broken.
