The Carriage House is a wonderful and charming place to stay in Carmel! The room and bed were very comfortable, clean, and inviting. It has private parking and is an easy walk to the main area of town. My husband and I sincerely loved it. If I return to the area, I want to stay there again.

Based on the reviews we booked this property for one night and it did not disappoint. Check in was easy, Jim followed us down to the room and showed us how the fireplace and coffee maker operated. Very clean room, nice towels and very comfortable bed. The room was quite spacious. Great location and onsite parking. Definitely recommend!

The cramped conditions and steep slope in the parking lot make this property inconvenient and potentially hazardous for guests with mobility limitations.

This property is a 4.5 star because it lacks a restaurant. BUT everything is too notch al beit small. The staff is accommodating, The breakfast superior. It was convenient and comfortable.

The service is very poor, the floor heating in the room, there is no clear sign, it burned my clothes, the point is that the hotel pretends to be stupid and doesn't solve the problem at all, such an expensive hotel, I just fell in love with your service, and ended up encountering such a thing , no one came out to solve the problem

Wonderful stay at the Carriage House Inn!! Beautiful room, comfortable and very spacious. The amazing and delicious breakfast was brought to our room at the requested time and it could have not been more perfect. The location was great for a walk downtown and shopping.

Best quiche ever
This was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Pleasant check in with cookies, snacks, and a walk through explaining everything about the room, amenities, and local recommendations. Bed was super soft and comfortable and the fireplace was so wonderful for a chilly weekend. Then breakfast - my god - the quiche was the best quiche I have ever had. Highly recommend. 10/10 stay.

Wonderful place to stay! Staff is very nice and accommodating. The room is spacious and very comfortable. The location is perfect. Happy hour is from 5-7pm in the lobby serving wine and cheese. Breakfast is included and very nice.

Female staff was very informative at our check-in, telling us what route to take to get to shopping/dining. She also informed us of the specials we could receive at local restaurants because we were staying at Carriage House Inn. The wine, charcuterie board, cookies upon our arrival and the breakfast were excellent. The room with fireplace was very charming and quaint. The only thing we didn’t like was the king size mattress. It had indentations on both sides so your back hurt in the morning. Only the middle was still firm. Definitely time for a new mattress. But otherwise would definitely stay here again.

The staff were extremely helpful and eager to please. The breakfast offering is perfect to start the day and location is perfect for exploring Carmel. Rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable and well suited for a multi-day stay. I will return.
