"We never stayed at a Ski Lodge before and it was very comfortable. It is off season so not many people but we enjoyed our one night visit. Gas Fireplace in room a nice touch! Heated floor in bathroom and Towel warmer! Larissa who checked us in was Awesome!!! Went above and beyond!!! We want to go back to hike and maybe go Fly fishing. We don’t do cold so off season is good for us!"

"The cabin is nestled next to a running creek in a beautiful area of WV. It is very clean and comfortable. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is available. The rocking chair front porch is especially nice to relax on in the evening and for morning coffee. The cabin is conveniently located to all the areas attractions and is a great place to stay if exploring what WV has to offer. The host is very communicative and responsive. I highly recommend the cabin if planning a stay in the area."

"From the time we arrived the staff were very accommodating and happy to assist. The standard king bedroom was better than expected, so no need to upgrade. Each night we tried a different restaurant and the food was incredible. The day spa pass was worth it! Thanks to all the staff who made our anniversary extra special. We will definitely return."

"It was wonderful if you’re looking for a budget motel with mice and a room that smells like pet urine , this is your place. Your ambience will include patched walls and ceiling and a nice finish of torn carpet. To be fair, we asked if they were pet friendly and they did accommodate us. The staff was apologetic and very helpful, I don’t think there any other options in this area, so it is what it is."

"Hello, Stayed 2 nights in the compact full room upstairs. It is newly renovated and I was the 1st guest. There was plenty of room for me to move around comfortably. The lighting was sufficient and the window provided enough natural light. There were sufficient number of hangers. Bed was firm and comfortable and the comforter was very warm on the 1st night and just right on the 2nd night when it was colder. There was a extra heavier blanket that was good for the 1st night. The bathroom is on the smaller side and is as shown in the photos. It is enough to use it for what it is needed for. Plenty of hot water and towels. The room opened to the outdoor patio which has a nice view and would have made for a good spot to enjoy a morning cup of coffee...if it was not as cold and rainy. There were other guests in the inn but it was quite and only saw them during breakfast. Breakfast was...bagels, english muffin, fruits, yougurt, oatmeal packets etc.. enough for a good start in the morning and the coffee and tea are available through out the day. The narrower stairs to the upstairs room are not a problem with smaller luggage and there is plenty of light through out the house. There are books and puzzles if you don't want to watch TV or be outside. The wi-fi was good and was needed as the cell service was choppy. It was wonderful to wake up listening to the birds in the morning. The host is very responsive. This is a wonderful place to stay among nature."
