“Rooms are not very clean, a lot of dust and bugs everywhere in a bedrooms. Kitchen also dirty, kayaks outside was dirty , fishing rods broken , trash was left from previous guests downstairs! Grill not works on a day we check in. Patio area is full of pet hair everywhere on a floor , chairs and tables! Location is nice ! Housekeeping service is terrible! For the price we paid we expected to have more.”

“This property gets a 10/10 from me and the wife. It is perfect for 2 adults on a short or long stay in the city of Lexington. The Property was immaculately clean and super accessible. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. It is small and cozy but certainly not cramped by any means. The amenities are great and the bath and kitchen area are well stocked with everything you need if you did not bring it. The location is very convenient to walk to restaurants/shops. “Very clean cottage, besides the resident forest critters who were already expected to be there, i.e. tiny moths, house spiders, etc... The layout of the cottage was perfect, simple, charming, and cozy. The ultimate bonus its pet friendly and made our stay it feel even more like home away from home with pupper dupps being welcomed and able to be with us. “We had a lovely stay and enjoyed the cottage! Heather responded quickly to messages. I do feel like there could be some areas of improvement with cleaning as all the picture ledges, lamp shades and some of the walls have layers of dust and I’m not sure if the place was swept or vacuumed before we came. I understand it’s in the middle of the woods but the amount of living and dead stink bugs was astonishing!! Not sure if pest control could help that out since one fell on me on the couch oh and……
