"The host was not clear on a meeting place for entry into the property and apartment. He originally had suggested at the property entrance then changed to a bar next to the property, but we didn’t have network access so the bar rendezvous did not reach us. When we finally did meet, he was very upset with us because he needed to be someplace else. Keep in mind, he did not contact us until 4 hours prior to our check-in time… very stressful."

"Checked in and out with lovely Benedetta, she was super helpful and friendly with a radiant smile. The rooms were cool and spacious and well fitted. Breakfast had a vast array of food and drink and was delicious. Transport links to the centre good, only 20 mins by bus. "

"This hotel was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bathroom was spacious and so was the room. A mini fridge and a kettle and some coffee was provided which was very nice. Bed was comfortable and big. Lots of lights so helpful to read book at night. Air conditioning was great. Not too far from station or city center. Bus stop near. Aldi close by literally 5 min walk."
