We were on the road and it was getting late so we needed a place to stay for the night so we picked this property. The room that we had chosen happened to be on the second floor and there was not an elevator. I'm 71 with my wife and since we hadn't planned to spend the night we had our large suitcases with us. I asked the desk clerk if I could stay on the first floor and they were very incommodating and gave us a room on the first floor.

It was not a good experience. The female worker was wonderful and I could tell the male worker was stressed, but the door fob was broken and only a smoker room was available. Thankfully the woman working there had a screwdriver and batteries and he was able to fix it, but I was waiting for almost an hour from the time I arrived until I was able to get in my room. The room was OKAY, not great. The breakfast was scarce, but the coffee was fine.
I would not stay here again.

Beautiful facilities as usual! We love staying at this hotel when we are in Yellow Springs. The decor is lovely and the rooms are exceptionally clean.

"The room we were given was not at all what was pictured in Expedia. It was not a hotel room but an efficiency apartment. The so-called bar/lounge was not what was expected.
