Beautiful apartment on the ground floor of a villa, located in a quiet subdivision 1.5 km from the city center and the Ile Rousse beach and the village of Monticello.

Composed of a living room (sofa bed, flat screen) overlooking the mountain view garden with a barbecue on the terrace, kitchen area (microwave, oven, gas hob, fridge, washing machine), 1 bedroom (1 140 cm bed) ) linen provided, bathroom (shower) with WC, barbecue in the garden.
