On a week long trip through Toronto, Montreal, Ottawa - this hotel was the nicest surprise. Best breakfast of the trip. Nice new area, convenient, safe and clean.

Be careful with your car and your family. Our car was vandalized (attempted theft) in the parking lot. According to locals, the area is just 10 minutes away from Montreal port that makes is easier for thief to quickly load stolen vehicle into containers.

It was fine, we stayed for one night, got in dinner time, lots of places around to eat, hotel staff were nice, room nice, better when someone came and plugged in the heat though! As it was very cold when we arrived. This employee was lovely. Breakfast was fine… toaster took forever to toast- they could perhaps use an upgrade there! Bit all in all it was a good budgeted stay.

The breakfast was great. When you rent here, you get a meal as well in the morning. Usually the dinning area for the breakfasts is small and crowdy, there is plenty of room here.

Indifferent staff. Tired property. But really the desk clearly does not care about much. Saying that the pool is "right there" and failing to mention that the hours have been altered in PENCIL. All together a really half assed operation. Totally on Brand for best Western

I’d stay again if I am ever in Brossard
The breakfast was 5 star for our kids. They had delicious chocolate chip muffins, scrambled eggs, bacon, tater tots, cereal, etc. The pool was large enough for my kids and a slew of teenagers playing volleyball. I wasn’t able to use the gym as neither of my cards worked to open the door but it looked clean inside. I’d come back again

Our stay served our purpose, and the breakfast included was delicious. Only issue was the front desk clerk at check-in wouldn't speak English to me. I spoke English to him, and my friend in front of him... Only responded in French. I get that we're in Quebec, but you work in tourism...hard to keep tourism going if you refuse to speak in the language of their choice.

Staff was great, pool & sauna were great, but had I known about the renovations I would not have booked here. I drove to Brossard from outside the Gatineau area for an exam. Check-in Sunday with an exam Monday and a second exam Tuesday (check-out). Monday morning disturbed with noise outside (can hear very clear in the room) along with checking smoke alarms (My exam was at 12:45). It is not soundproof at all (whereas they advertise that it is). You can hear everything in the hallway (talking, doors, just everything). No vending machine at all but at least theres a Petro Canada across the road which i still find inconvenient. Would I go back... Probably not!
