Exclusive, private building in the heart of Old Montreal only steps away from one of the cities most visited landmarks: Marché Bonsecours.

Filled with unique eastern art, this bohemian ”Maison” has 6 bedrooms with private bathrooms in each room. High end, comfortable mattresses, towels and accessories.

Fully equipped kitchen, lounge and living room. Large terrasse, private parking and so much more.

Excellent for families traveling together, a group of friends or a corporate get-together.

Private 3 floor residence. The main floor has a newly renovated kitchen, dining area, lobby, living room and laundry room. The first and second floor have 3 bedrooms on each floor. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and shower.

The property is located right in the heart of Old Montreal and yet it is an extremely private, gated residence with a large terrasse and parking spots for up to 3 cars.

Guests have a completely private, safe, luxurious property with prime location in Old Montreal. The property is located in the heart of the Old City but yet hidden on a small private alley making it quiet and comfortable for those seeking to relax while offering a unique space for private get-togethers without having to worry about bothering neighbors.

The host and property manager are available to help you make the most out of your stay. We are happy to help you with reservations for restaurants and events and as residents of the neighborhood we know all about the area including hidden spots and local favorites.

Dating to the 17th century, Old Montreal's narrow cobblestone streets are full of lively plazas and charming boutiques, galleries, cafes and restaurants. Landmarks include the Notre-Dame Basilica, a soaring Gothic Revival church, and the Pointe-à-Callière museum with archeological ruins. Along the St. Lawrence River, the Old Port of Montreal is home to the Montreal Science Centre, the ferris wheel, the Bonsecours market and the iconic Clock Tower, with views from the top.

Eclipse trip to Montreal
We had a last minute trip to Montréal for the eclipse after clouds rolled in to cancel our trip to Texas. I came across the listing for this property and was so lucky it was available. My husband and I traveled with 2 small boys and my 80 yo mother. The place can obviously hold more people but our party shrunk to the 5 of us so we had a lot of space. The place is incredible. It's right in the middle of old town Montréal. We could walk everywhere and then to get to other parts of the city, the subway was a 10 min walk. The charm starts immediately as you have to pull your car through a narrow tunnel (that does fit giant American cars though!) off the Main Street to a courtyard. The house itself is lovely from the outside and the interior is just beautiful. It's warm and elegant but at the same time funky and fun and not intimidating. I didn't feel like my kids had to walk on eggshells at all. We were met by Rowan the property manager who was so kind and helpful, and this is after I had correspondence with our host about the house and she was equally as kind and helpful. Both of them made us feel right at home and were so helpful with tips about restaurants and advice for heading out to the eastern provinces for the eclipse. We ran into no issues in the house, slept remarkably well in the beautiful bedrooms, drank all the champagne our hosts kindly left us and felt like being at the house was as much part of our adventure and wonderful stay in Montréal as exploring the city

Great home, even better location
Overall this property was exactly as advertised. Maybe even better. Nice to have a bathroom for each bedroom. Everything was well equipped. Even better was the location. Smack in the middle of old Montreal. Brewery across the street. Highly recommend. Hosts were also super responsive and accomodatung,and did a walk through of the unit.

Beautiful house in cute neighborhood
Highly recommend this house! We were a group of 9 friends and slept very comfortably. The house is decorated beautifully with a comfortable living room and big kitchen/dining area. The host was very responsive and accommodating. We loved walking around the neighborhood and the convenience of location. It is a city so there was city noise at night, and it’s next to a restaurant/club open late. It was loud one night and the host immediately messaged the club owner, and the music was no longer an issue. Highly recommend and thanks for the memories!

Beautiful home, with lota of extras, in an ideal location in Old Montreal. Every room was tastefully decorated, and the living areas were spacious and comfortable. The home really made it a luxurious vacation. Hosts were attentive. Can not wait to bring our family back to visit.

Recently stayed here with a group of 7 siblings. Great indoor and outdoor space with multiple rooms for gathering. Location in center of old Montreal was ideal. Ivan and Sareka were readily available to answer questions, make suggestions for dining etc. We had a great trip.

This house is in old town, in the best part od the city. Minimal noise outside the house, considering its excellent location. Plenty of rooms (bed and bath), full size kitchen, plus plenty of outdoor space for gathering. Well worth the money!!

The pictures really dont do it justice. This is an awesome place to stay with a group of friends or family. It is a hidden oasis in the middle of old town montreal with plenty to do and in a 1 mile radius.

Perfect Trip!
Truly an unforgettable trip to Montréal and stay at Sareka’s place. Such a warm and inviting welcome and check-in process, and very responsive throughout the weekend (not to mention they were also super helpful the weeks leading up to the trip). What a fantastic spot for a friends getaway. The location could not be better, and the house had ample space for 10 adults. The hosts were incredibly helpful with both local delivery and restaurant information throughout our stay and delivered the best croissants and fresh squeezed orange juice one morning. Perfect Long Weekend - Amazing Location & Property
The property was exactly as advertised, located in old Montreal, and it really has a great location. Each room has its own bathroom and shower and each room could lock (with a key) its own door. The ground floor has a large gathering space and sound didn't carry up to the upper floors where the bedrooms were located which was great. The hosts provided orange juice and pastries one morning which was an amazing unexpected surprise. We really enjoyed the space, the friendly nature of the host, and especially the location. Parking is tricky but the hosts were honest and forthcoming about that. Our group would rent this property again and in fact we are already thinking about just that.
