“Cabin is right on the lake. Very rustic. Host was a great communicator and answered when we reached out and did consistently check in. Understand this is a cabin in the woods, decor is not a concern to me but the place did not feel clean. The toilet backed up twice while we were there and the bathroom floor would get puddles from the toilet ( not overflow but it seemed the toilet was leaking from underneath). This was our cabin #1. I cannot speak for the other cabins.”

“The view of the lake and peaceful atmosphere is what drew us here. It didn’t disappoint. The fall colors were beautiful!”

“Good location close to Mackinac City less than 10 min drive. Great host very attentive. My only complaint are the beds are uncomfortable and the bathroom is a little tight.”

“It was very clean and peaceful. Our kids enjoyed watching the ducks in the morning. Great location for exploring the eastern Upper Peninsula.”

“The cabin was clean and tidy. The host was very attentive and helpful. The lake was right out the door and very beautiful. The bathroom was small and in need of a facelift.”

“The cabin was clean. The location is sketchy but right on the water which was wonderful. The water and beach are very rocky but a a very nice view. Breakfast is not included, you receive a discount voucher for a local restaurant that ended up still being $100 for buffet two adults and two kids. Noisy neighbors at night. Views of the bridge in the pictures is deceiving, it’s far in the distance you can see the top of the bridge. I think the price is too steep for the environment it’s in, between...

“We had a nice stay in Mackinaw City - our room was very clean and we loved the front porch overlooking the lake. The space was great for our family of 4. The AC struggled a bit to keep the back bedroom cool (front room was fine).”

“Cute little cabin lake front. Watch the sunrise & sunset from the porch and beach. Perfect spot. Fire pit and grill was a bonus and the unexpected fireworks show was amazing as we had s’mores. Very clean cabin with tons of towels and all your basic kitchen essentials included.”
