"We booked this trip 9 months ago to watch the eclipse in town. Recently read some reviews that were not so great, so was a little concerned. We did not experience any of the issues past reviewers did. All the staff we dealt with were freindly and helpful. The hotel was a little older but they were obviuosly working on updating. Room was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. I would have no problem staying here again."

"It was my daughter's Spring break and we came up there to see my grandkids. We got there before 3 they let us check in early and the room was nice the breakfast was good and they treated us like family I will be back. Thank you "

"From the time we arrived all but one employee was most helpful, curious and interested in making our stay a pleasure. We asked for a down stairs room and were allowed to stay in one. We appreciated that so much we made reservations for next year. Regard the young lady w/ the scary body art in the breakfast area, you could have stolen the refrigerator and she would not have known because she was glued to her phone. We ate breakfast each morning and I believe we say her get up twice. The breakfast area tables were not kept clean rather we had to wipe them down ourselves. She dis clean some around the food while spraying the food and everything w/ whatever was in the bottle. She expressed no concern for cleanness or condition of the breakfast area including the food."
