The property features six elegantly appointed bedrooms and a separate studio (available for 14+ guests), all with premium linens, air conditioning, and beautiful lake views. Four and a half modern bathrooms, including multiple ensuites, ensure privacy and comfort for all guests.

Guest Access & Extra Guests:
Please note, the 7th bedroom/studio is only available for more than 15-16 guests when booked which are calculated when booked at an additional cost per person. If you add more than 14 guests after booking, you will be charged an additional cost per person for this.
The number of guests on your booking is strictly limited to the agreed total. Additional guests are not permitted without prior approval, and any unapproved guests may result in extra fees or eviction. Visitors may be allowed for short periods only with written consent. These rules comply with the NSW STR Code of Conduct and local regulations.

No Party & Noise Policy: A strict no-party, low-noise policy is enforced. Excessive noise, parties, or inappropriate behavior may result in eviction, police involvement, and/or additional charges.
Pet Policy: Pets are welcome with prior agreement. Guests must follow pet guidelines, including no furniture access, supervision at all times, and bringing their own bedding and bowls. Damages may result in deductions from the security bond.
Swimming Pool: Open from the NSW September school holidays to the Easter school break, maintained per seasonal and safety standards.
Fireplace & Firewood: Indoor fireplaces and outdoor fire pits available between Easter and September school holidays. Starter firewood provided; additional wood must be sourced locally.
Security & Noise Monitoring: Two external cameras monitor driveway and front entrance; a noise monitoring device is installed. Tampering may result in penalties.
Guest Registration & ID Verification: All guests must complete online registration with valid photo ID before arrival. Lead guest provides contact info for the group. Access granted only after verification.
Travel Insurance: Guests are strongly encouraged to obtain domestic travel insurance for unforeseen cancellations or emergencies.
