One O Eight was the perfect stay. The room and property was spotless (the bath in the room was such a night treat), and the staff were all incredibly lovely. I opted for a hotel pickup from the airport as a solo female traveller and it was fairly priced and not much more than an Uber & I really enjoyed chatting with the lovely driver that collected me. The chef was so nice and made me a really lovely vegan meal for dinner and they packed me up a breakfast box for my early departure the next morning. I didn't get to enjoy the pool or surrounding grounds as the rain was very heavy but it looked beautiful. Highly recommended.

Have stayed at hotel 5-10 times. Very convenient to airport, nice property and staff, and will continue to book when traveling thru Joberg.

This is an oasis in a concrete jungle. We always manage to have a wonderful time. Such an accomodating staff, clean property and easy airport transfers.

Great location for restaurants and entertainment. Room clean, if a little old fashioned. Staff helpful and friendly.

I loved the attention to detail in the room. Chocolate on the desk next to the bed, cabinet to enclose the mini fridge and snacks, bottled water, ice already in the ice bucket, slippers by the bed and a personal message on the tv when I walked in. It was elegance through and through. The staff were amazing and it was only a two minute walk from the O.R. Tambo Airport. My only regret is that I didn’t arrive until 8:15pm and had to leave by 8:30am the next morning to catch another flight. I wish I would’ve had more time to enjoy my room.
