8.2/10 Very Good! (1,004 reviews)
Beautiful old converted building, but corridors and rooms were tatty and showing their age. Only came into contact with front desk staff, but they weren’t very friendly and (possibly the manager) one of the staff completely dismissed my request to fill my water bottle when I was checking out. EV chargers didn’t work. It is in a good location to walk into town and use the many restaurants and bars nearby. Didn’t eat or drink in the hotel as it looked quite soleless. Wouldn’t stay at this hotel again, and wouldn’t recommend it.

9.6/10 Exceptional! (24 reviews)
Great location, near both Lille Europe and Lille Flanders train station, as well as the métro and bus lines. Very close to the Old Town, restaurants and stores. Friendly staff and they have a resident cat! Very walkable area. Breakfast was included and had cold and hot options. Quiet at night. Great walk in shower. Again a separate toilet, but very close to the sink. The room was a bit small for me as I like to leave my suitcase out and couldn’t really but it really depends on the room you get. I liked having the desk. I had room 411, turn left for it!

"This was a large hotel in central Arras that we used as our base for touring World War One historical sites. The hotel was clean and the location was excellent, but it was clear the property was dated. For two of the nights that we stayed there, the heating did not function. Again, everything was ..."
