“Le séjour avait très mal démarré car j’ai acheté un une suite sur Hotel.com. A notre arrivée ce n’est pas la suite qui nous a été attribuée car ne l’av Pas autorisé à vendre cette chambre au prix où nous l’avons réservé. Après 3h30 d’échanges entre hôtel.com, l’hotel et moi, nous avons fini par intégrer la chambre ( supplément de la chambre prise en charge par Hôtel.com qui était en tord). Le séjour était magnifique. ”

“Mooi hotel, ruime nette kamer, konden lekker buiten zitten voor de kamer, gezellig buiten n drankje doen bij het hotel, goede service en zeer vriendelijk personeel! Je loopt zo het gezellige centrum van het mooie Crema in waar je heel veel gezellige tentjes vind om heerlijk te lunchen, dineren of een drankje doen. Vlakbij het hotel kun je fietsen huren, en ook in en rondom Crema veel leuke en mooie bezienswaardigheden! Kortom geweldige tijd gehad hier!! Komen zeker een keer terug!”

“Very close to the train station. Our room had a lot of amenities. Loved our stay.”

“The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was delivered each morning which was a nice touch. The host was very nice and accommodating even letting us use her private garage when we couldn’t find parking. Would definitely recommend. ”

“Sejour sur trajet de retour de vacances. Chambre spatieuse! Lit selon mon attente. Matelas très confortables. Très propre. Petit déjeuner cintinental. Emplacement de l'hotel Ovest facile à trouver et calme . Parking interieur fermé et payant. On a pu tous se reposer! ”

“Unfortunately I lost my driving license in the UK on the way over to Italy so couldn't hire a car. Luckily I had friends who transported me to and from the hotel as required. There is no easy access to public transport and it is remote from shops too. To my surprise, I found out this hotel is one also used by couples seeking privacy, if you know what I mean. I didn't witness anything myself so not a problem for solo travellers. It was clean and staff were very friendly ”

“Beautiful setting with lemon and olive trees and the marina. The jasmine scent was everywhere. Room was clean and comfortable but the shower was incredibly small. That was our only disappointment.”

“La struttura non é nuovissima vista dall'esterno ma gli interni sono molto puliti e luminosi a partire dalla Hall. Le stanze non sono grandissime ma comunque pulite e confortevoli. La climatizzazione é singola e selezionabile a proprio piacimento. La colazione a buffet, servita dal personale per le problematiche legate al Covid, é discretamente varia anche se qualcosa in più sarebbe stata gradita. Il persona é molto cordiale e disponibile. Disponibile parcheggio gratuito, previa disponibilità,……

“The property is truly stunning with wonderful frescos and rooms that makes your head spin. Francesca was very helpful and had a great spirit about her, being happy when we were happy and making suggestions. The property is very rural but honestly, why would you leave when you’re in paradise? ”
