"Westin exceeded our expectations. Check in and transfer from the airport was flawless. They are well organized and efficient which is appreciated after a long travel day. We got early check in and late check out to accommodate for our flights. The staff is hands down the best staff of anywhere I’ve been- shout out to arthur, Sarah at the vara, ani gigi and all the waitresses at vara I can’t remember all their names they are all wonderful. Everytime they pass by you they greet you with a smile. So polite and friendly and accommodating. The food was pretty good in my opinion- slim options for a picky eater like myself so can’t imagine staying for longer than we did (5 days). There are only two restaurants with the same menu and one with a rotating menu but we didn’t get in our entire stay because it was booked. Our over water bungalow with pool was phenomenal. We never left. Room service was efficient and good. I have nothing bad to say. The only thing I will say is you need reservations for most things you do when the hotel is full. So dinner, activities, etc. it was a little frustrating it was all booked for our stay so we didn’t get to do everything we wanted but overall a wonderful stay at the Westin and we will definitely be back!! "Everything, from the welcome to daily life, was amazing. Breakfast was very generous and of great quality, and dinner (which was included in our deal) was also enjoyable every night! The hotel staff was nice with us from the first moment to the last, making sure to track our flight was on time. Special mention as well to the water activity company over the road - we had our first jet ski class and enjoyed daily kayak trips!"

"The snorkeling off the dock was amazing. Great location by the sea and nice to have the kayak available to take to the coral garden. Also, they let me check in early which was so helpful!"
