"Lack of guest parking but overall good "

"Loved the big spacious room. Super comfortable beds, pristine linen, super clean, great shower. Modern and smart inside. Pleasant and efficient staff. Fantastic location with Hagley Park 1 minute’s walk and a fun 20minute electric scooter to city centre! Only drawback was the particularly’awkward to walk up with heavy cases’ stairs to our second floor room. Otherwise my 22yr old daughter and I loved our stay. Thank you (: "

"We greatly enjoyed our stay in the cottage in the country. It is well appointed for self catering with kitchen facilities that include a full oven and dishwasher. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom has a bath with shower over it. There was a stereo, a selection of books to read and a DVD player....this was useful as we had taken some films to watch as television viewing is the Freeview channels. The cottage is in a lovely garden setting and my husband had a good view of the stars at night...
