"All staff were absolutely lovely but accommodation is run down majorly. Arrived with a big group and given any company would find that stressful, there was no organisation whatsoever. Half of us were left without a key, facilities weren’t great and one of the rooms were without a lock. It’s fine for one night but don’t stay by yourself. "

"Hotel looked brand new! Very comfortable. The sports club downstairs and the location away from town was strange but we quite liked it. Just a few more things would have made it perfect - like a bath, a slightly bigger seating area in the pool bar (and drink selection) - but otherwise great. Room service was great, TV entertainment unit was awesome and the beds were massive and comfy. Will stay again."

Clean, modern, all the kitchen facilities to cook your own meal if you wanted to or to use a microwave. They had a washing machine / dryer combo in the room, making it very helpful to clean your own clothes. Pool, gym, cinema, buffet breakfast and dinner. Fabulous place to stay. I had several usb points in my room to allow charging of all electronics."

"We were in a quiet area of the park. Everyone was very respectful of each other. The bird life was amazing & it was very convenient to be able to park & enter the cabin from the roadside rather than driving through the park.
The staff were very accommodating & changed a blown lightbulb very promptly on Easter weekend.
