“Overall, I had a truly delightful experience at Quest Geelong. The staff were exceedingly friendly at all times, including the early check-in phone call several days beforehand. The room was spotless and well-appointed. The bed was especially comfortable - which is surely most important! There was a bit of noise coming from the street; but that's the tradeoff for a central location on a Friday night. Would definitely recommend!”

"The room type provided was completely different from what was booked, very old and dirty. The carpet was extremely dirty, the water flow in the bathroom was very small, and the electronic lock couldn't be locked at first. It took a long time to figure out that it required a lot of force to close it. I asked the platform to communicate with the hotel about the room's problem and was hung up on several times. They only said that it was full and couldn't handle it, so why should I book it? Terrible attitude and very, very poor housing experience"
