"We stayed in the Club level. It was so nice to have snacks and drinks available. The breakfast was equally nice and convenient. We could take our plates to our room as an option. Our room was cozy and stylish. Our fridge was stocked with drinks (included in club level) and we even had chocolates at our bedside. Some areas of improvement: DishTV, get rid of it, go to cable or streaming channels, we gave up trying to watch anything. Ran out of kleenex, didn’t see another box anywhere (yes I could have called down for more - would be nice to stock an extra box somewhere). Also the body wash in the shower was teeny tiny, and we would have ran out easily after 2 showers. I used the bar soap at the sink. The beautiful room was European tiny, but we had a very comfortable bed, and a long couch along the window with the fancy automatic buttons to open /close our blinds. Took us a few minutes to find those buttons on the wall near our heads. For the price I was happy with our stay, and very happy we chose club level as another reviewer had suggested. Next time I travel to Midland this is where I would stay, I’ll just pack some body wash and kleenex."

"We stayed on a quiet holiday weekend, and really enjoyed our stay. The completed renovations are really nice - our room was in good shape having just been remodeled recently. Once the update is complete, the Resort will have a luxury feel. The hot tub/jacuzzi worked great and the pool felt great, too. We had a good stay, and I would recommend this place highly."

"All about it was a pleasant stay. No issues. Was surprised to see no small tiny trial size soaps, shampoo’s, conditioners and lotions . They had medium sizes of all the products right in the shower. It was much easier to have them in the shower. They also had to bins placed in the room to help recycling."

"I’ll just start by saying we booked late and this was one of only hotels left, so high price of room did not reflect quality and we are still had a great time at the event we went to. There was a note at front desk “staff stepped away” when we got there so had to wait to check in. Got a free water and rice crispy treat though! Front desk super nice. Room had funky smell and had to go to Meijer to get damp rid. Room had two small toilet paper rolls (about 1/4 of) roll when we checked in. Tried to stretch it by using Kleenex but eventually called down for more and was told it would be a while due to no housekeeping. My mom’s eye was swollen each morning due to contact dermatitis. Had to give her Benadryl and allergy eye drips because the sheets broke her out. Thermastat said room was 74 on check in, tried to turn down but already set at 68. So room stayed hot. Thermastat broken. Shower creamed like there was nothing under tub when showering. Bathroom door hard to slide open. Front desk bathroom had some weird film on faucet. Turned on/off water with paper towel. Breakfast GREAT ON FRIDAY MORNING! Not So great on Saturday and tastes like powdered everything."
