The manager was very polite and efficient. The beds were probably the most comfortable ones I have ever had at a motel. The water pressure was excellent. Colourful bedding and curtains, made me smile to see them. Room was very clean. Cleaner scent in room was very strong. Bathroom door didn't close all the way. Could see where repairs had been done, but was in good shape otherwise. Had to remember to set e-brake in car because the motel is on a hill.

I checked in and went to room and it smelled like smoke so i returned to front desk and spoke with "Hardy" and he told me that I couldn't get my money back because it was within 48 hours grace period and that i should contact hotels.com.
