This brand new one bedroom apartment is situated in a modern block just a short walk to the Ta Xbiex seafront close to bus stops and ferries making it ideal to quickly commute to different tourist hot spots easily. Perfectly positioned with trendy promenade cafes, restaurants, boat trips, bus stops and Sliema’s busy shopping centre within a 20 minute walk. It is just ideal for a couple.   
  
Finished to high standards, clean and fully air-conditioned, this modern unit consists of a living/dining area opening up to a balcony, a fully equipped kitchen, a king size bed bedroom and a bathroom. WiFi Internet and Cable TV are being offered on a complimentary basis.   
  
The location of this property is unbeatable being just a short walk away from the famous Ta Xbiex promenade offering you shops, cafes, restaurants, bars, water sports, beaches, etc. If you don’t want to rent a car this apartment is just ideal as public transport is available at your doorstep. This is certainly the perfect holiday place to feel at home in sunny Malta!
