"The room is big and clean but the facility is starting to show its age. Theres no power outlet close to the bed so it wasn't possible to charge phones and stuff beside the bed. No A/C and no fans made it impossible to sleep during the heatwave. The hotel decided some guests get to have fans and others ..."

"Check in was very confusing they should just say, Go to Burg hotel check-in office because in the end that's where we went and the lady there was excellent and got us checked in . I would say that the instructions were more complicated than they needed to be ."
