Molto carina, accogliente e un bel panorama sul lago

Very nice and convenient location, across the gare (station). The old and new center are at 15 minutes walking distance. The property itself is rather old and could use renovation. Bad room is very outdated. Even though we booked a suitable room for 3 person, the accommodation for the third bed was very poor (portable bed, very bad matras) and rendered the door unable to close and closet unusable. Despite the great location I would not book this hotel again.

Friendly front office staff. Warm water and tea available 24hrs at lobby.

My wife and I chose this hotel as a stop on our tour of the Route du Vin in Alsace. Although the hotel was adequate there are much better accommodations available in the area at a far better price. We were disappointed to learn shortly after checking in, that the restaurant on site was not an option. They offered only a menu that seems more geared toward groups that are staying at the hotel. We travelled to Ribeauville for dinner, and wished we had stayed there instead.

Room was very clean and well maintained. It provides lots of options to relax and is close to many beautiful towns
