The Sinatra Holiday House in Mulwala - great for 10 singles!

"The Sinatra" is a swanky architectural designed holiday rental in central Mulwala - guests can walk to the clubs, pubs, foreshore, Blacksmith winebar, or the local footy.

Its great in the summer as the Lake Mulwala foreshore is just 2 blocks away.
And in winter, this property will impress with beautiful winter sunshine streaming in the north facing windows, open fireplace and hydronic floor heating.

Guests have access to a double garage and plenty of parking on site.

Features include Foxtel, solar heated mineral salt swimming pool (solar turned on in spring / summer), open plan alfresco, open fire and beautiful comfortable beds!

This is a perfect house for singles - all 4 kings split into singles.
Therefore can host up to 10 single guests all in individual beds.

Master bedroom 1: King bed (or 2 singles) walk-in-robe and ensuite
Guest bedroom 2: Queen Bed (or 2 singles)
Guest bedroom 3: King bed (or 2 singles) plus bunk bed (2 beds)
Guest bedroom 4: King Bed (or 2 singles)

1 extra single bed is also available upon request (extra charge applies for bed and 11th guest).
