“Die Anzeige hat den Eindruck gegeben, es würde sich hier handeln um ein kleines Appartement. Nachdem alles gebucht und bezahlt war, wurde est mal klar, dass es sich nur um ein Zimmer handelte. Plötzlich lautete die Info auch, dass es Treppen gab. Auf unsere Frage zu tauschen mit einem Erdgeschosszimmer, wurde gesagt, dass alle Zimmer auf EG waren und es beim Eingang nur eine kleine Treppe mit 4 Stufen gab. “First off, I expected a lot more from this place. It is dubbed as a "luxury" houseboat, but it had very little hospitality. There was a "welcome bag" in the kitchen with 1 roll of toilet paper (why not just put it in the bathroom??), some cleaning cloths, enough coffee for 2 cups, a tiny pouch of soap for one shower and some trash bags. "El hotel es muy amplio y las habitaciones nuevas, con camas muy cómodas. Tiene servicios que no hemos disfrutado porque hemos estado viajando por la zona todo el día, El check-in y check-out lo tiene que hacer el cliente, pero hay personal que te ayuda si lo solicitas. Hay fruta en zonas comunes. Lo que más destacaría que no tiene que ver con el hotel es la tasa turística, ya que por 2 días tres personas, nos cobraron 33,90 €, lo que supone una de las más altas de todo los sitios que visitamos (incluido Rotterdam, Amasterdam y Utrecht entre otras.) Por lo demás, un hotel a recomendar."
