Very loud guest. I called the front desk to complain, not sure if they did anything about it because the people staying right next to my room continued to bang on the walls, play loud music, and yell. The deposit fee is exaggerated $250!? I’ve stayed in better places where the deposit is only $50 or $100. Not worth it specially for the location. I greeted a front desk staff in the morning even though I am the one who had a horrible night, she ignored me. Not staying here ever again.

My family and I stayed at this property for 5 days/6 nights. The breakfast was average, nothing to boast over. I am disappointed that I had to call the front desk for room cleaning each day, despite there being a sign on the door which request or deny service. The property is in a good neighborhood with local access to bus stops. Property is older, but good enough to sleep in and close to Vatican City.

It was great for beach access. Nothing in our room worked. Coffee pot was broke. Stove was broke. We had to switch on and off the breakers to use it. Toilet would tflush half the time.

The hotel was great and was quiet enough for comfortable sleep for me and my family. My only complaint is that the pool is open from 9-5. We visited in July so we would have liked more time to use the pool when the sun is not blazing overhead, especially since we’re charged a resort fee for such facilities.
