Our stay started out a bit rocky, we had to move to a new condo as there was a power issue in our first. Management was quick to provide another room and rectify the situation. Overall, our unit was clean and we enjoyed our stay here. The only thing we could suggest is the beds/sofas be a bit more comfortable. There were a few rainy times we needed to stay in and the living area was very uncomfortable to lounge in.

Great oceanfront location. It was the off-season so it was very quiet and peaceful. Property is somewhat dated but the overall space was clean and well-appointed.

The layout of the condo was nice. The condo needed to be cleaned better. Lots of dust and marks on the walls and doors. Needs a more thorough cleaning.

A wonderful vacation!

Nice 2 BR unit, great beach view, parking area is super tight, cable did not work in living room, ice machine didn't work, otherwise really good. Would stay again.

Winter getaway
The room was sufficient, nothing fancy about it. It was clean. The kitchen has JUST the basics which was fine for us because we only stayed a few nights. If I were staying longer, I would suggest bringing extra mixing bowls, more pots, etc. Also, bring extra toilet paper as we had to purchase some while we were there. The parking in the garage is very tight. The view was amazing and you are right on the beach which is very nice. We had an issue with the TV but it was resolved very quickly. When the maintenance guy came, he told us not to turn the TV off because we wouldn't be able to turn it back on. The check in was very easy as well but there is NO early check in, so don't show up before your check in time.

Loved the amount of space for the price and it was quiet! But the condition of the unit, like broken tile and stained sheets and the dirty coffee pot, left a lot to be desired.

Great for fishing trip
Stayed here for a fishing trip and the location was excellent. It was a spacious condo with a great view of the ocean and beach access.

Great location, kind of a tired property
Right on the beach and just a short walk from the Garden City Pier, a handful of touristy shops and arcades. One one the showers in our 2 bath unit had problems. As soon as we called they sent their handyman who quickly solved the major problem. But the shower continued with a steady flow of dripping so we had to shut the door when we went to sleep.

The property was in a great location. Room was nice. Floor needs to be replaced. There were broken tiles and one that moved every time you stepped on it.

Unfortunately we do not manage the parking here and the HOA does have permanent residents that require parking- thus causing us to have to limit to 1 vehicle per reservation. Please know we will also speak with housekeeping regarding the cleanliness.

Very quiet property. We really enjoyed being steps from the beach. We were told the pool would be open but it was not for our whole stay, I assume due to COVID. Parking can be difficult due to the tight spaces and there is no close over night parking. There is a lot that is walkable so there’s not a need to leave frequently. Overall, we loved our stay and would book there again.

Location was great! Parking for SUV’s was a bit challenging. The room was good. It’s an older property and they have done some cosmetic updates over the years, but the furniture and baths are in definite need of upgrading. For the price, overall was a good value. The beds were comfy and the walk leading to the beach was easily accessible and it was a short walk to the pier.

Great location, love the decor and love having a kitchen. If noise from other guest bother you, find a different place. Footsteps echo throughout the building.
