The location is excellent. Cute little studio. The amenities are great.
The communication was excellent. Every time I needed help or just needed to clarify something the responses were fast, clear and friendly. The place is safe and it has security staff wondering around the building often.
The 24 hours receptionists were very sweet and helpful.
Unfortunately, for me the place was not as clean as described and reviewed from other guests. The floors were dirty not mopped, walls splashed and fingerprints marks everywhere, shower mold details were missed in corners. They wiped everything in the kitchen but streaks everywhere. The toilet had yelow substance drips when I lifted the lid. I had to clean it again.The bathroom sink was full of hair in the drain from a previous guest and somewhat clogged.
The bedding was very clean.
I would definitely stay there again if they focused more on cleaning details.
