“Very satisfied ”

“Booked this hotel through Expedia but when I got there, they told me I had no reservations and there were no rooms left of two beds. So I had to upgrade to a suite at $48 more money. I had the itinerary number the reservation number and everything, but they couldn’t find it very very disappointed in this hotel the staff was very rude.”

“I requested connecting rooms by calling the hotel a week before our stay and was told to call the day before. So I called the day before our stay and asked for connecting rooms, was told "yes, I'll mark your name on them now." But when checking in we were told NO connecting rooms were available. Adjoining rooms were a BIG reason I chose this hotel for my husband, me and our five children. Very disappointing! Rooms were clean and beds & pillows were comfortable. Breakfast had a few hot……

“Location”

“The room was mostly updated. The bathroom could have been better, and some of the towels I had were dirty. Luckily, I had my own towels with me.”

“The front desk clerk was rude to my husband when he asked for 1 face towel and 1 body towel considering our reservation was made for 4 people there was only 3 of each towels in the room”
