Recent updates (carpet, etc.). Underground parking $25/night.
Free breakfast. Pretty good choices Mainly cold items, but also scrambled eggs, oatmeal, pancakes.
VG overall experience.

We stayed in the Cape Dauphin room which is in front of the house with a private balcony and a sitting area. The room was very quiet
The breakfast was delicious. If you get a chance to speak to Parker ( owner) about the history of the building it’s very interesting.
