I reserved this room through Expedia. I paid additional $20 per person for breakfast and what I was offered was a voucher for a breakfast burrito. The hotel decided to let us know on the day of our arrival that construction was underway . Like I can cancel and find another place last minute. The staff is lazy and unaccommodating. The plumbing in this place was noisy. I do not like listening to the people in the adjacent room use the bathroom and I am sure they do not wish to hear me. You have designed your showers to be quite inconvenient to get into. The only option is to step into a powerful water jet while trying to avoid hitting your arm on the marble ledge protruding from the wall. What Happen to the Marriott? The Marriott I remember was top notch. Always inviting, clean and the staff outstanding! Did you decide at some point that taking care of the customer was too much? I wish you well, but I will never book a room with a Marriott again.

Young people working there were nice and helpful. Guy selling coffee in the morning seemed uptight. Although building is old Marriott seems to be making it nice. Rooms are clean and comfortable although a little small. AC worked great, Elevator was old and slow

When we arrived at the hotel they had a lot of construction going on that we weren’t told about. When we checked in we asked to be in a room not close to the construction since we wanted to rest after a long trip. The front desk attendant was very rude and told us they were doing construction everywhere in the hotel and then put us in a small room next to the elevator right above the loud construction in the front of the hotel. It was warm in the room when we arrived so we turned the air down and when we came back in it was warm again. The bathroom fan stopped working as well but then started again. The front desk clerk was unfriendly again in the morning when we asked about the availability of breakfast. Not sure if I will return to this hotel

The room was acceptable. But I had kitchen noise to deal with way too early in the morning. Not that I was able to get anything to eat. And I for sure would have stayed elsewhere if I had known they were remodeling. It was way too pricey to have to put up with that.

Sooo, there is a lot of potential. Its hard to see it based upon the fact they were renovating. Management was very accommodating and attentive considering a few things were wrong in the room and then having a conjoined room with a family that had rambunctious children running etc. The timing of the visit just meant we caught this place at the least optimal time.

We stayed 3 nights for a youth volleyball tournament. The property was average and the tub didn’t drain well so we would stand in a foot of water during showers. It was also very noisy when people would walk past at all hours of the night.

The rooms are nice size and very clean and the staff is very considerate. They have a Bistro Onsight where you can order food and drinks and Dave the bartender is terrific.

Dogs barking loudly in many rooms. Wallpaper peeling off walls. Pleather peeling off furniture in room. Refused to offer credit so we could check out and get a room elsewhere. Could not offer room change to quieter area. Absolutely worst experience. I will never stay at a Courtyard ever again.

Hotel was great but unsure of why the staff would assign the room right in front of the ice machine (so it was noisy all night eventhough it shouldn’t have been cause there is no door to the ice machine room ) when the hotel was pretty much empty-and asked the gentleman who came before us if he had a preference of where he wanted his room. Power trip employee wielding his “power” at the desk. Not so much the hotels fault-just crappy people in the world.
