Property needs some TLC. We stayed in a king size room and it was clean and spacious we had to call down for blankets for the pullout bed and they bought it up immediately. My family and I have stayed here before and always liked it.

This was a perfect fit for us on our Spring Break trip to Myrtle Beach. The hotel was accommodating with a hot breakfast and clean, quiet rooms. The access to the Broadway at the Beach shops and restaurants was exactly what we were looking for. The only complaint we had was that the Indoor Pool was not open -- closed for cleaning? -- and that was not advertised when we booked our trip. Otherwise, no complaints.

Very convenient location with ample parking. Breakfast options were good. Room was clean. Good water pressure and drainage in the shower. Refrigerator did not keep items very cold. Air conditioner worked well. Not a lot of grassy areas for the dogs.

I chose this property due to proximity to the airport and the advertised amenity of airport transportation provided. When I checked in the front desk agent was possibly having a bad day. She was not interested in friendly interaction. After her less than welcoming check in, I inquired about how to set up airport transportation. Her response was "If it's even available." She did not inquire what my needs were, and having access to my reservation, she was well aware I was only staying one night. I elected to order an Uber for my needs, which cost well over $40, but I certainly didn't want to "put her out" any more than my presence clearly had. Upon arriving to the room, the cleanliness was subpar. There was black mold on the ceiling/wall joint in the sleeping space, as well as black mold in the bathroom. The room was, you could tell, was given a quick once over, but no real housekeeping had taken pace. When turning on the heating/cooling unit it emitted a terrible odor (as did the elevator space). It was very loud and you could hear everything the people above us were doing and saying. The bathroom towels had an unpleasant odor. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We stayed at this exact location one week ago. Had the Best Hampton experience we’ve ever had…….. Returned this week and the room was sub par, empty shampoo and conditioner. Had to struggle for some . Wasn’t getting out of shower to get some .extremely noisy A.C. Unit and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. Very disappointed.

Great option for myrtle
The staff were all friendly, helpful and quick to respond if we needed anything during our stay. The rooms were quiet and you didn't hear the typical hallway noise and door shutting im used to in hotels. The hotel is dated and bathrooms (mainly shower) needed to be cleaned. Carpet, furniture is very worn, some breakage but overall good stay.

The area is quiet and secure. The only problem with the room was a bit of wood rot at the bottom of the door jamb in the bathroom in Room 209. Otherwise, great.

Great hotel. Plenty of parking, great location, clean room with comfortable beds and security outer perimeter doors that require card key to access so No annoying solicitors with pamphlets. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great place for families
Amazing staff upon arrival, friendly and informative of area attractions, Room was clean and cozy. Kids loved the i door pool and breakfast in the morning was delicious.
