I really enjoyed the hospitality around the pool and the movie for the kids. It was a good experience and the staff was very friendly and it was just a great experience for a quick family weekend getaway
I didn’t like the big space under the door. Looks like someone arm could fit under it. Clean room a few things was messed up with the room but other than that the stay was nice.

Lobby is small, limited amenities, dated rooms, one slow elevator that is used also by the cleaning staff, so often crowded. Constant smell of canibus in most areas.

Check in was a nightmare. I don’t know if they need to hire housekeeping help or what, but I had to wait in the lobby for 6 hours to check in, I didn’t get a room until 9 pm after standing in the hot lobby forever. But they definitely expected us out by check out time, so I lost an entire day due to this and no refund in sight.

I liked that it was convenient to the beach and the stadium we had to attend was close. But the accommodations was horrible. It took 3 days to get a set of pots for our room. There was never enough wash cloths and towels and not enough parking. The hallways were filled with trash all day but the room was clean.

Our room smelled horrible and there was mold in the closet where the extra pillows were. It’s very outdated and the couch needs to go in the trash. Plus they failed to tell us that the indoor pool and hot tub was out of commission, so there wasn’t really much for us to do at the hotel when it was cold or raining. However the sheets were clean, beds were comfortable, and bathroom was clean.

Horrible experience. Didn’t check into my room until 8:30PM when check in is at 4pm. Complete waste of my time as I had to stand in the lobby for hours waiting to get to my room. No one brought any clean towels the entire time I was there. There was trash and sheets in the hallway in across from my room all day. There isn’t even a bathroom in the lobby so people had to walk to the building next door to use the bathroom while waiting for hours to check in. There is hardly any parking. Will never stay here again

It’s not really for families. You could hear everything going on around you. Quiet times not enforced. Partying till 4am by the pool. The locks on the door are worn out especially the connecting room. It could use some updating, some things were wore down. The staff was friendly. It’s located within walking distance of the “strip” if your there for a good time or no kids it would be great.

It took over a hour and a half to check in after i was told they would call me as soon as the room was ready. I room overlooked 50 plus bags of trash daily.several lights in the room did not work after a call to the front desk no one ever showed up . The bathroom light would not come on . Had to use the stais because the elevator was so slow. I killed 3 roaches. Hallways were very noisy smelled like weed.

Waited for at least an hour to check in. People were complaining about the conditions of the rooms and I have to hear all these complaints while I am waiting to check in at this hotel. I have to say that the receptionist took it very professional although there were some people yelling and screaming.

Couldn’t sleep from drunk teens beating on the door all night playing music loud as heck at 3 am tell front desk and they do nothing . My daughter slept most of the day from being up all night because they were loud slamming the doors playing football in the hallway

They were very understaffed very unorganized I had to wait 2 hours just to check-in my room and check -in started at 4:00pm room service did not run the whole time I stayed there every time I ask for something I didn't get it or I had to wait hours the indoor pool was closed and they sent us to the other facilitie just for them to tell us their indoor pool was also down

When I arrived at 4pm to check in I was told that I needed to wait until my room was clean! Same thing was told to the 30 other customers waiting in the lobby. After waiting 1hr I got to my room and it was dirty, coffee pot had coffee from previous vacationers. There was trash under the beds. Carpet had a strong dirty smell and a wall had a hole. Not to mentioned that when we tried to go to the indoor pools we were notified that it was under construction. 1 elevator for 8 floors is not enough. Very disappointing

Could not check into our room after 6 pm because it wasnt clean. I begged for another room . Finally got a room. ....key did not work. Pics of hotel are not accurate. Very n outdated, caroet was so old n dirty had to keep shoes or socks on
They claimedit to be Oceanfront room technically you could see the ocean from there but it was direct eye level view with the pool .,staff refused to change rooms they said they didn't have enough cleaning stuff to clean another room and people smoking marijuana everywhere running wild in the Halls people at the pool could see directly into your room ,we could not sit on the balcony because it was like I said eye level with the pool and everyone and all their inappropriate behavior .

Terrible check in process, nothing seemed to work such as the shower head, water barely came out. I could hear everything in the next rooms my entire stay, you can hear conversations, the loudness, and I even could hear the people in the next room having intercourse. Wasn’t the worse, but definitely would never stay again.

This is our 3rd stay here. While the property is older and could use some updates, we enjoy staying here. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The beach in front is quieter than some other spots. Good food and shopping options are in walking distance. We will be back.

The room was very outdated. The chairs had cuts and rips in it. Everything was dirty. The carpet smelled like mildew. I checked out a hour after check in. I will never stay there again

I've been waiting for over an hour and 30 minutes to get a room that on a higher floor that wasn't ready. Then was told they will upgrade my room but on the 1st floor. The lack of communication within the staff and housekeeping that's responsible for the rooms is frustrating as hell. Do NOT stay here because it's terrible.

the fwm at desk was horrible. I had contacted property early to ensure cooking ware was in room and ready to receive me and my service dog. when i arrived as a late check-in as well at 10pm room still was not available, had to switch rooms twice as the other 2 was horrible. Light would not turn on and other one water did not work. Moving around with a disability like that was a horrible experience and it seemed that the bw and bm was the only 2 who went over and beyond to try to help me. The fwm told the bm that he had to help the other couple instead of me who came in much later than me. my fist racist experience i ever had in my life. never got set of pots and pans and was given hard time about my service animal when i literally missing fingers and toes and can be seen. When finally noticed there were soooo many apologies. sad case

The swimming pool area was unavailable due to repairs and new construction around that area, however the staff make you feel so important and like you are the only guest at their hotel so you don't miss having the pool area to enjoy. I actually lost my ring in my hotel room and the staff came to the room and found it for me! I was so grateful and I still am!!!

Light fixture in the bathroom was halfway broken with the broken piece on the counter. The door to the balcony didn’t lock and the handle was broken. Mold on the ceiling

Staff was awesome! They were some flaws but nothing that would keep us from staying again. It was also oceanfront!!
