Loved being able to walk on the beach and see it from our balcony. The beds were clean and the kitchen nice. The floor on one spot was sticky though and the toilet paper was terrible. The pool was out of order and there was no physical front desk to check in. Other than those inconveniences it was a nice stay.

Perfect spot. Sunrise right outside 1st floor balcony. Clean and comfy. One suggestion replace table and chairs on balcony. (Hideous and there were cigarette ashes left on the table).

Just what I was looking for-- a nice, clean, affordable beachfront rental. I wasn't interested in a pool or hot tub or free breakfast-just a nice place on the beach and it was beyond what I expected. I will return!

There is a pool shown in the pics on the website. But there a no pool! So glad I didn’t have my kids with me. They would have been so disappointed. Otherwise, condo is nice and clean.

We didn’t know about the construction at the property until 3 days before our arrival. We weren’t told about not being able to use the hot tub till we were already there. The construction crew shared the limited parking spots with the guests. The location of the property was awesome.

I wish i had of known about all of the construction. The beach access was unaccessable and the pool was closed. A couple of the days we heard hammering all day. The people under us were smoking Marijuana the whole time which was blowing up into our room.

It was clean, quiet, spacious, well laid out, had an elevator, oceanfront, we’ll-decorated, and we just plain loved it. I would imagine when every unit is filled up, it may not be as enjoyable due to noise and crowds. It was perfect while my sister & I were there. Thank you.

Property condition due to possible wind damage not repaired. Have stayed multiple times and notices property upkeep has declined. In our unit, faucet leaked, hole behind bathroom faucet, slight leak under kitchen sink, etc.

The beach access, patio and hot tub were completely blocked off and unavailable. Everything was covered in sand. Hot tub was full of sand. Room was mostly clean but dining room chairs were ripped up and unusable. Patio doors were fogged up because of broken seals. Interior doors were warped from water damage. One toilet kept running and had to be shut off. Luggage carts were rusted and falling apart.

This is a condo with room for 6 people easily. Very large! Smelled musty as you walked through the door- which I think is the washing machine. There is no pool or amenities other than a kid size 2ft spa. However- i came to the beach for the beach . We were in unit 101 and the view was great. Check in was easy over phone, easy check out . Bring trash bags. (I always carry one ) our room was out. Overall a great experience. Wish there was a pool.

We had a very enjoyable trip and the hotel setup was perfect for a family of 5. Beautiful beach, well maintained room, and good communication from the facility. The location was also great, close enough to everything, yet off the beaten path enough.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the property was more than we could have asked for! We loved the ease of access to the beach. My only recommendations would be maybe a throw rug inside the door to come in from outside. The floors got slick quick coming up and down from the beach. We were asked to sweep the floors of excess sand prior to leaving and to take the trash to the appropriate place. However the was no dust pan and no direction as to where the trash should go. The inside was perfect, clean and decorated very nice. The outside of the property could use some TLC and some fresh paint. The patio furniture on the balcony couod use a good wipe down as well. There were plenty of dishes and kitchen items to be able to prepare meals, having a washer and dryer was also nice. Overall a great experience and we would book again.

Very close to ocean. Nice area. Loved having 2 bedroom 2 baths for family. Nice kitchen Housekeeping didn't do the best job. Tubs were clogged and standing in wqter every time we showered. Tubs looked dingy and stained (tip: use Mr. Clean Magic Eraser and will be white again) Bathrooms are pretty small also Bugs on floor, carpet looks dingy

Pros: the property is right on the beach. The view was phenomenal and it took seconds to get on the beach. Pots, pans, plates, bowls, and utensils were provided. Washing machine and dryer worked well. There is an elevator that made it easy to get our luggage to the third floor. Cons: the beds were awful! If you are planning on utilizing the pullout couch- beware! It would be wise to bring an air mattress or simply find someplace else to fit your party, we ended up setting up all the cushions from the couch and chair on the pullout bed to make it sleepable. The king bed and twin beds were uncomfortable, everyone woke up with aches and pains. There was an odd smell that couldn’t be identified. The toiletries that were provided were very low quality. Our party was only there Friday-Sunday. We had a great time as we spent most of the time on the beach. There was nothing about the facility that ruined the trip.

The condo was very clean. The virtual checkin was easy. They provided a starter kit including dishwasher and laundry detergents which was nice. The place is close enough to restaurants without being too close to noise.

If you want to be right on a beach, this property can’t be beat. It’s seriously close to the water, like conversing with dolphins from your deck close, and we slept with the patio doors open and the sound of waves in our ears. The condo was spacious and sparsely furnished enough to feel luxuriously open. Seriously, if you feel like vacation condo kitchens are unusable closets, you’re not going to get that here. Though we didn’t use them, it was nice to have a washer, dryer and dishwasher in the apartment, and none of them felt crammed in. In the interest of completeness I have to mention two quibbles: one, it was clear some kind of Raid-type bug spray had just been sprayed around all the doors and possibly the bathroom vent, and we caught whiffs of its harsh petroleum smell at weird times. Two, some local teenagers took over the one on-site amenity, the hot tub, late Saturday night, thanks to there being no lock or security; and also we were awakened about 2am by a cheerful shouting group of either guests or interloping locals in the hot tub. Doors and walls are nice and soundproof, though, compared to other places we’ve stayed. Would recommend to folks who just want to be on a beach, cook locally caught seafood, and not feel like you’re at a frat party.

The property was nice, however it could use a little updating. The family really enjoyed the fact that they could sit outside on the balcony and watch everything happening on the beach. We are considering a return trip in the next couple of years.

We loved the location, size of condo, & cleanliness. Check-in process was easy & condo had all the kitchen accessories you would need. Washer & dryer was a plus. We were disappointed that they closed the hot tub because of the rain. Also, cable went out for 2 days & they had no remedy for it. No DVD player or smart tv. Even having the option to rent one & pick up at office would have been a good solution.

The place is nice and clean. It looks just like the pictures online. I was surprised that it has 2 bathrooms when I was expecting only one. That was a plus! Check-in was unique. You call a number to get a code to get your registration packet out of a box. The packet includes a form to fill out for your vehicle, a parking permit, and a card with the code to get into your room. The website said check out was at 11:00, but it's actually 10:00. The cleaning staff actually knocked on our door before ten thinking we were no shows. The location is great and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. I woudl definitely stay there again.
