The gentleman that checked us in was wonderful. The room was very clean, you could smell the bleach, not strong. You just knew that the room was clean. Must eat at Clark’s for dinner, really a nice place. We will be returning

I stayed here on 3 diff occasions and never had hot water for a shower. All 3 times it was luke warm for maube a min and then cold for the rest of the shower

THERE WAS NO HOT WATER TO USE THE SHOWER NOR THE HOT TUB IN THE ROOM THAT I SIMPLELY REQUEST FOR TO USE IN THIS ROOM THE KING SIZE BED HAD WIRE MATERIAL ON IT HAD TO REQUEST TO GET BATHTISSUE IN THE ROOM AND THE NIGHT TIME STAFF COULDN'T GET MAINTENACE TO FIX SO I WOULD LIKE AN REFUNED FOR THE NIGHT PLEASE THE MANGER SAID WOULD GIVE IF HOTELS CALL THEM THEY WOULD GIVE BACK TO ME

Was really disappointed. Got in late so didn’t really check the room. Next morning saw red goo on the wall next to toilet and sticker on the wall. Told the front desk and asked for housekeeping to please clean. Came back after a long day packing a truck to the goo gone but red still on wall along with sticker, hair in the shower (which we had not used the night before) and no hot water. Will not stay again.

The bathroom was to small and the was rust in the bathroom. Beds were okay. Overall you get what you pay for. Wouldn’t stay more than one night.

we liked the location. The included breakfast was sufficient and yummy (I love waffles). But we really liked the jacuzzi tub and comfy bed.

For a late booking it was nice to find a decent place; even though the nightly rate was ridiculously high.. We checked in at 1AM, my husband had to be at work by 6am so, unfortunately he wasn't able to grab any breakfast or decent coffee. I went later and found only cereal, waffles, microwaveable JD sausage sandwiches, PB &J sandwich, microwaveable mini muffins, fruit, yogurt, granola bars. The room was clean, however the tub was stained from soap scum stains and needs attention. Bath towels were thin and hand towels thick.. Bed was comfortable, Just local Spectrum broadcasting, no streaming.

Room outdated even though they tried to cover it up with paint. Pool area including pool needs attention. Breakfast was basically quick grabs and a waffle maker. For what we needed was ok overall but would find someplace else when in area again.

I checked in on 8/17/2023 and was in room 420. The pictures of the room do not represent the actual room. There is no tub only a small shower the sink is out in the room not in the bathroom. There was a part of a plug stuck in the socket. Shower door was missing so they hung a curtain over the door frame. White walls all dirty ,closet smelled horrible.There was a reddish brown substance smeared all over the door frame.

we did not like the fact that we asked for a first floor close to front due to my brother coming with me could not walk far distances i called ahead of time and they said not a problem. well needless to say they put us on the third floor. i was not very happy with that. also we got into room and the bathroom sliding door was jammed and we had to wait almost an hour to get door fixed and we were told that if we needed to use restroom there was one in the lobby. i stay at sleep inns alot but i am rethinking that decision after this last stay.
