"The Hidden Paradise. It’s a dream for anyone to be their, great staff, delicious food, unforgettable sights, unbeatable decorations BUT very clear ignored paradise by owners No marketing No people was alone with my mother wife and daughter No maintenance many rusty lamps, toilets rusty sanitary tools, dry wood, etc. Even the name is Reef Villa & SPA even they have complete massage house but it’s closed. Again it’s the hidden forgotten Paradise. Whenever I will be in SriLanka I will only go to Reef Villa "

"Lovely location and we enjoying visiting this beautiful colonial beach hotel however we were charged twice for drinks consumed in the lobby and moved to the terrace area despite explaining to the staff at the time and showing my receipts. Be careful and double check your statements as they take your bank card and disappear with it. They don’t need a pin or a signature to take money out. Shocking! "

"We had a wonderful stay at the Norwood Bungalow. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was quite large and full of amenities. The meals were delicious. There were a variety of choices. The staff here were lovely and helpful. They made our stay welcoming. The tea trails around the bungalow offered amazing view of the tea estate. They were easy walks and worthwhile. If you are looking for a relaxing place to stay in Sri Lanka, we recommend staying here."
