Single small elevator, very slow, long wait. No staircase. Hotel Shuttle to train station full, not able to access.

dated but clean hotel. major issue was the futon bed (couldn't get a western room) - had sore back by the 4th night

Toba Hotel International
Nice hotel, Clean room, the breakfast buffet was great, but most important we found every staff member very pleasant. The staff went out of their way to help with anything you asked.
