A wealth of outdoor entertainment is waiting in your backyard
Pull up to the concrete driveway and jump right into your vacation by heading straight to the extensive outdoor entertainment that's waiting by the beach. OBX Attitude features a 10' x 20' private pool with a separate baby pool that's bordered by a line of deck chairs, an elevated hot tub in a shaded gazebo, and a private walkway that extends all the way to the shoreline. Watch the crashing waves while enjoying a well-deserved soak, settle into the dune-top deck for front row ocean views, or just enjoy breezy strolls along the shoreline on a whim. It's all readily available and waiting to be enjoyed.

A ground level that doubles as the headquarters for family fun
The young and the young-at-heart will have a blast in the ground level which boasts a centrally located full bath and expansive recreation room with a pool table, foosball table, giant Connect Four & Tic-Tac-Toe boards, 2 mounted TVs, and DVD/stereo. Refresh the happy hour cocktails at the wet bar with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, a theater-style popcorn machine, dishwasher, stand-alone ice maker and bar, or take a cat nap in one of three bedrooms - a bedroom with 2 bunks beds, and two queen bedrooms which share another full bath between them. There's also a convenient half bath on this level for quick breaks from the adjacent pool or beach and a washer and dryer.

Sweet second level where views and cozy sleeping accommodations abound
The second level is home to the majority of OBX Attitude's bedrooms, which feature lots of private space, prime oceanfront views, and a host of modern amenities. Guests can retire to one of six bedrooms, including three king bedrooms, a bedroom with a pyramid bunk, a bedroom with a queen bed, or a bedroom with two twins to recuperate after a long day at the beach. There are also three bathrooms including one semi-private bath (queen bedroom), and two Jack and Jill bathrooms (shared between two bedrooms each). Concluding the level is a laundry area with a stackable washer and dryer.

A third level that's designed for oceanfront gatherings
Head to the top level where the best views and the expansive great room are waiting. Beautifully appointed with an ocean of cozy furnishings, and a flat-screen TV with hook-ups/capabilities for iPod, video game consoles, and Netflix, the central living area is where families can unwind with a movie or a little indoor entertainment. A second living area is found nearby with a sofa and a Blue Ray disc player, convenient to the half bath on this level, as well as a dining area with ample room for large parties and plenty of front-row views. The kitchen is also found on this level and is a gourmet's dream with 2 ovens, a full-sized refrigerator, an ice machine, 2 dishwashers, a microwave, a breakfast sandwich maker, and a shake machine. Guests can also enjoy a little privacy by stepping up to the top-level crow's nest, or by retreating to the superb king master bedroom with a king bed and private bath featuring a Jacuzzi tub. Arguably the biggest attraction on this level, however, is the sky-high oceanfront vistas, which can be effortlessly enjoyed by stepping outside the sliders and enjoying the salty fresh air.
