Shorely Goodness: PierView Unit 105 is our newest addition to the family - and it's pup-friendly & oceanfront!!

This direct oceanfront, two-bedroom, two-bath condo is located in Nags Head – right in the center of it all! Within an easy drive of many great local attractions including the beautifully renovated Jennette's Pier (a half mile away), the NC Aquarium in Manteo, Jockey's Ridge, Tanger Outlet Shopping, Bodie Island Lighthouse, Coquina Beach, and off-roading and fishing at Oregon Inlet, we’re sure you will agree that the location can’t be beat.

Fall asleep each night to the sounds of crashing waves and wake up to beautiful sunrises from your porch with unobstructed views of the ocean. The unit also features a well-equipped kitchen, flat-screen TVs (2), cable, WiFi, and an in-suite washer and dryer.

Sleeping arrangements include: one king-size bed, one twin bed, and one queen bed. Linens (bed linens, bath towels, washcloths, and sheets) are provided by an independent vendor and the beds will be made when you arrive!

The property offers direct beach access and a well-maintained people elevator to bring you to and from this 1st floor unit (second if counting the pull under parking spaces). Two outdoor pools (closed in off-season), outdoor grills in the common area, and a children’s play space are also available for your enjoyment.

Our awesome caretakers, Mike and Lisa, live onsite and are as committed to your experience as we are.

Fun even in a hurricane!
The pictures of the ocean view don't do this place justice! We had a wonderful stay enjoying the property and even saw a Lager Head Turtle nest hatch. There was a hurricane off the coast and a tropical storm moving up the coast, so the ocean access closed on Wednesday, but we were still able to enjoy the pool and take a Dolphin tour as we waited for the big storm event to roll in. We all enjoyed our time together as the storm passed through, and we were back in the pool on Friday. Love this condo, and its easy access to the ocean!

Perfect location
This was the perfect condo for our family. The location to the beach is great and we enjoyed the pool. The kitchen had everything we needed for the week. The only issue was the Wi-Fi . It kept going off and on and I couldn’t stay connected to my work laptop.

Great location, not so clean
Great location right on the beach, however the carpet in the master and spare bedrooms were dirty. We had to keep our slippers or shoes on in the bedrooms. I can't believe the cleaning crew would not have alerted the owner that the carpet was in such bad shape. We did notify the owner after our stay and she responded that the entire building uses the same cleaners and no one else seemed to have a problem with the carpet. We won't be staying there again.

The property manager was prompt with the necessary repairs. It was an inconvenience not to have air conditioning on our first night, however it was repaired within 24 hours. Not having hot water was also an inconvenience since we were not able to shower for dinner after being on the beach all day. This repair was also completed within 24 hours. We would stay in this unit again.

Oceanfront Relaxation
The chairs on the balcony shown in the listing overlooking the ocean: That's where we started every day we stayed! Beach walks followed, letting us gather a good supply of shells to take home. We watched dolphins play every day in the surf and were lucky enough to see a whale and her calf on their journey north. At the end of each day, the waves crashing on shore lulled us to sleep. We visited during a very quiet season, which made us feel as though we were the only ones in the building and gave us the beach to ourselves most of the time. Quiet as it was, which means not every restaurant or attraction was open, we always found great places to eat and visit. The two bedrooms on opposite ends of the condo, one with sliding glass doors out to the balcony and each with its own bathroom, is a great layout for families or two couples traveling together.

Beautiful beach front property
The condo sits facing the ocean. It is decorated simply yet tastefully and it is comfortable. The master bed is a bit firm but you do get used to it. You can watch the Dolphins and the sunrise if you wake before 6am 😉. Dolphins do return in the afternoon as well. We had exceptional weather all week! Easy access to the beach and the pools. Lots of restaurants to eat at and I recommend the Black Pelican and Hurricane Moes in Kitty Hawk along with Millers Waterfront Cafe in Nagshead. All great food and service🙂. There is also plenty of things to do. We went on the airboat ride in Manteo and also the sunset boat trip in Manteo. Hang gliding at Jocky ridge was a blast! Bring your socks for that because the sand is very hot . My travel tip is to place your order for groceries at the Food Lion a week before your visit and then you are all set to pick up on your arrival. This makes your vacation even more wonderful and less stressful. Enjoy 🙂

Great vacation in Nags Head
The condo was clean and beautiful. We were so close to the beach and spent much of our time on the huge balcony over looking the ocean. The king bed was so comfortable that it was hard to get up in the morning. Everything was perfect and was such a great value for my husband and I. We didn’t use the pools, but they were beautiful. Would definitely stay here again when we return again.

Wonderful Place!!
We recently went to Nags Head and stayed in this beautiful condo for our anniversary. The condo is just perfect. It’s very clean, plenty of space, and the balcony views are just amazing. We loved the high Adirondack chairs to take in the absolutely beautiful views! It was so peaceful on the balcony and on the beach. We loved our stay so much that we are going to relocate to the Outer Banks area. We would definitely stay here again.
