"Our main issue was with the "unmanned" mode of operation during the day hours. Our hotels.com entrance code did not work and it took 45 minutes sitting on hold with Ibis to finally get someone on the other side to pick up and give us the entrance code. The room was clean though and the hotel is very inexpensive."

"Beautiful clean room with a huge comfortable bed and plenty of space, the shower was great and the air con a welcoming relief during the hot weather. The coffee was delicious!
Quiet location and a ten minute drive into the town centre and about a 20 minute walk to the stadium."

I was sent emails about checking in, I could check in using auto system. However, when I arrived at the hotel the system required booking reference. Unfortunately I had not been supplied with a booking reference. So I had to wait outside the hotel for over an hour before staff member turned up.
