Poor Hotel

The hotel is very old with no recent renovation. There is no ice-box, free newspaper, safe as described by Hotel.com. The route from MTR station is very distant and you can't get there by 15 to 20 minutes. It costs you as least 30 minutes to get there. The hotel locates in a narrow lane and is at the middle of the thoroughfare. You can hardly get to the nearby MTR station. In all, there are may choices in Nanjiang at the same cost. In all, I would not make any recommendation to this hotel after my trip. The only thing I still remember is the nice reception of the staff thereat.

Not perfect, but still a great value

Check-in was pleasant and the room was clean. The only downside is that a beeping sounds goes off when anyone uses their room key to enter. There were a few people who kept leaving and entering their room and the noise, both from the door and beeping, kept us awake for a while. Overall, though, the hotel was a good value and we'd recommend it to others.

Too expensive for such quality

As i have read through some comments re this hotel before i go, it was a bit disappointed and I wouldn't call it a "hotel". The hotel is not close to any underground station - it takes at least 20 minutes to walk to/from either Xianmen Station or Jiming Temple Station.. inconvenient as a hotel to be honest. It is quite difficult to be located, my friends and i have gone to the wrong entrance and have to go through a maze-like car park (which can be quite quiet and dangerous if it's at night) and wasted some time to find the correct entrance. It wasn't as cheap as expected and I have to say i am a bit disappointed.

As good as you would expect, too far from anywhere

For the price this place is about what you'd expect. Too far from anywhere to be a tourist place. If you want a beer or a cup of coffee you need to get some transport. 15 mins walk to the nearest metro station. Room was clean enough but quite noisy sometimes. For another 100rmb per night you can get a good room in a 4 star hotel beside the lake which have on site restaurants and bars.

It's what you expect for this price - okay

The cleanliness was okay, the towels were ripped and had holes in them. The location is wrong on Google maps, the hotel is in an alley south from the indicated location on the map. It's an old, slightly run down Inn (bathroom at least) and you get what you pay for but everything was okay and in good function. It's too far from the metro but you can take buses to the next station. We were happy about our stay.

最寄りの地下鉄駅までは、近道の住宅街の路地を通っても15-20分と遠く、夜は危険ではなさそうだが薄暗い夜道です。 最寄りのバス停も、それほど路線もないので、どこかで他のバス、地下鉄に乗り換える必要あり。 シャワールームは洗面所との床面での仕切りがないので、シャワー後はバスルーム一面（トイレも含め）水浸しになります。 チェックインした時が11:00PM過ぎだったからかデポジットは無しでした。 水は2本が毎日提供されます。

Vergammeltes Hotel in schlechter Lage

Während einer längeren Chinareise hatten wir dieses Hotel für zwei Tage gewählt, leider. An der Rezeption konnte kein Mensch auch nur einen Brocken Englisch. Das einfachst eingerichtete Zimmer war in einem abgewohnten Zustand. Aus der Klimaanlage kam nach jedem Einschalten kalter Zigarettenrauch, sowohl im Zimmer als auch im Bad. Ein kleines Unterschränkchen konnte nicht benutzt werden, denn beim Öffnen kam ein ekliger Geruch heraus, wonach konnten wir nicht feststellen. Es gab keinen Schrank, nur eine Kleiderstange und ein paar Bügel. Es gab keine Gläser oder Becher aus Porzellan oder Glas, sondern nur billigste Pappbecher. Die Matratzen waren in gutem Zustand.

フロントの対応と朝食は普通です。部屋ですが何か酸っぱい匂いがし、クーラーをしばらく付けたところようやく消えました。他の宿泊客からも同様のクレームが出ていました。

Close to purple mountain

Hotel was very reasonably priced. Very clean and easy to find. Not much English spoken by staff but manageable. Close to the train station and purple mountain is within walking distance or short cab ride.

The first night's room was creepy...

The price is fair. But the room was so so. We called the front desk to change the room upon request. No hot water in the bathroom.....that was amazing.

Muy agradable , el personal del hotel no sabe inglés ni otro idioma que no sea el mandarín pero muy atentos, el hotel esta retirado de estaciones de metro hay que caminar un buen tramo pero excelente estancia

무난했어요..

직원들은 매우 친절하고 위치도 괜찮았지만 시설이 별로였어요.. 생각보다 너무 낡았었고 특히 화장실은 문도 고장나고 녹슨 부분도 있었습니다. 처음에 방에 들어갔는데 청소한지 얼마안되어 그런지 바닥에 물기도 좀 있고 냄새도 났습니다.
