Staying at James Joyce Coffetel Beijing Road Branch for my business trip was an excellent experience. It is conveniently located close to the metro station. The quiet lobby is ideal for short work sessions, and the complimentary coffee really boosts my mood. The guest rooms are clean and cozy with complete facilities. This hotel is just beautiful. The cleaning staff and the breakfast staff are really sweet and helpful. The front desk staff were kind as well, but there was an issue: they did not have my reservation. I booked through Expedia and had conversations with the hotel through their messaging portal. However, they could not find my reservation and I was on hold with Expedia customer service for 1.25 hours. I won't get into that too much since I think it was a fluke, but the staff -- who don't speak much English -- did their best to try and help us. The bed is huge and comfortable, the bathroom and shower are awesome, and the view is very pretty. Lots of restaurants around -- we liked the Villa. Enjoy!
