We just finished a full re-vamp of the property including new roof, all new flooring, painting, updated bathroom, new decor and games. All pictures are up to date and accurate.
Sit back and relax during your stay while enjoying the beautiful nature scenes from the hot tub. Our home boasts 1 bedroom, featuring a queen size bed, fully stocked kitchen, Smart TV to access all your favorite apps, Wifi, air conditioning, propane grill, fire pit and so much more! Bring your canoe, kayak or small fishing boat as the West River boat launch is just across the street and offers some of the best fishing and recreation in the area. Minutes from the Village of Naples, Canandaigua Lake, Finger Lakes Wineries, and Hi Tor Recreational Area for outdoor fun.

Hot Tub Bliss

We needed a rain weekend getaway with a hot tub and this was perfect! Spent time at Hazlitt and Hollerhorn and the rest of the time hot tubbing with view of waterfall! The 80’s video games were fun as well!!!

Great location!

Cozy cabin and great location to discover the area. The area is so beautiful. Mountains and lakes and lots of wineries. Come back and relax at your home away from home!

Mini Honeymoon Getaway

We stayed here right after our wedding for a mini honeymoon. The location is private and quiet and just a very short drive to downtown Naples. The host were absolutely fabulous and wonderful with communication. We highly recommend!

Just what we needed

A quiet, cozy, fantastic space to get away!! We had a wonderful stay in this space, from being able to cook together, to snuggling on the couch watching movies, playing the arcade games, and relaxing in the hot tub! The owners were fantastic and we highly recommend if looking for a get away!

Stayed here so we could go to Watkins Glen. Finger lakes are a beautiful place. I do wish we stayed someplace a little closer to seneca.Lake, but this was still very nice.We enjoyed our time here

Was everything we were hoping for! And optimal location for anyone looking to hike and spend time outdoors as it was close to all the action. Also close to local eateries and wineries, so an ideal location for our stay!

Nice fall quiet anniversary getaway to the naples area. Went to Bristol Mountain festival, did some hiking, great diner at the Naples Hotel. ...all beautiful in the fall. My husband loved the arcade 🕹 game, and we enjoyed the hot tub, and firepit.

This cottage is very rustic, but it was perfect for us to get away and unplug for a while! The nearby lakes offered destinations to spend our days. The hot tub was a great way to forget our daily troubles.

NYE Nature Getaway

This property was exactly how it was described! Nestled in the hills, super cozy, and welcoming feeling. My partner, pups and I had a lovely time here, hiking, skiing at Bristol Mountain Resort, and enjoying the serene landscape, especially the surprise waterfall in the backyard! The hot tub was an amazing bonus after a long day of skiing. Perfect way to ring in the New Year! We will definitely be back!

Great cabin in Naples

My girlfriend and I stayed here for three nights and loved it. It was a perfect size for us and our two dogs. The space inside is great and includes a nice kitchen that we used to cook for two of the nights we were there. The place was very clean and the location is perfect. I am sure we will stay there again.

Anniversary Getaway

This cozy cabin was perfect for my husband and I to celebrate our 10 year anniversary. It’s conveniently located near different towns. The hot tub was perfect for the cooler nights. Highly recommend this cottage.

Great place to stay

We were in town for a wedding in Naples. The location was super convenient, and the cabin was really nice. We enjoyed the fire pit, hot tub, and indoor fireplace. It had a nice kitchen for preparing meals. It felt super private. We can't wait to book again for a relaxing vacation.

Anniversary Weekend

Property management was great and very responsive. Enjoyed our stay and the nostalgia of playing Atari games! Perfect size for us with our golden retriever. Even had pizza delivered from a local place! We had a great time and enjoyed the hot tub amenity too?

Nice place away.

It was a nice place away from everything. The hot tub and fire pit were my favorite part of the property. The property was as advertised. The only bad thing was that a few of the grills burners were rusted out.

Best hideaway getaway

This cabin was exactly what we wanted. A budget-conscious place to disappear from the world and soak in a hot tub for a weekend. Anything else with a tub was twice the price. And this was close to great food right in the village of Naples. We are already discussing booking again.

Wonderful getaway!

Ian & family We had such an enjoyable 3 night weekend. The cottage was so cozy & comfortable. Perfect location with lots of privacy. Great little cottage for a peaceful getaway!

Check in was very easy, I was given a code to a lockbox. I overpacked assuming it would be a little more rustic, turns out it has all the comfort and conveniences of home. Cottage, grounds, and hot tub were clean and inviting. We were there very early spring before the leaves grew on the trees and the view was incredible! There’s a nice hiking trail a mile down the road, and water access directly across the street. This place exceeded my expectations all around! Book it!
