"We were able to have great communication with the hosts Scott and Lynn, and Scott was there to meet us and give a quick lay of the land. We had a nice spot near the creek basically to ourselves and were able to have a great spot near DuPont and Pisgah bike trails! Definitely would recommend!"

"The only toilet facilities was a porta potty which smelled and looked like it had not been emptied in months. Shower did not have a way to lock the door of the only shower, to keep others out. We did not have cell phone reception because of the mountains and no way to contact the owner. No one was around to check us in."

"This was just like the description no flushing toilet. But the sites were nice and big. It's very close to DuPont park so a great place to useas a base camp for hiking and biking in the park "

"The house itself was well maintained and as described, but we did have a couple issues with our stay overall- a prior renter had a dog which left dog fur on the furniture and rugs, resulting in our clothes being covered in fur and my 1yr old daughter’s skin getting irritated as she is allergic to dogs. The dog friendly rental was a bit of an oversight because obviously people let their dogs all over the furniture and I wasn’t counting on sitting on the couch or stepping on the bedroom rug and...
